Instead of making a separate game for each Bond movie, let's combine numerous movies and include it in one game while playing as one specific James Bond (i.e. Daniel Craig). Is that Activision's new motto now? Think of the potential DLC's this game could have. It is believed that this game will ship with 6 missions and there are 22 Bond movies in total, not including "Skyfall". Imagine if the remaining 18 movies get individual DLC's. How much will each DLC cost? How long will the missions last? Will they be any good especially if you have a separate development team making DLC's, which is not uncommon these days, especially with big blockbuster games requiring more people and time to make games.
At first, I really liked the concept behind this game. Imagine playing your favorite Bond movie? But what if the game turns out to be a flop? How will they revive this video game franchise? Another non-movie based game? Activision tried that with Blood Stone but that turned out to be average. With Electronic Art's and Activision's take on James Bond, is this franchise a lost cause inside the video game industry?
