Can one Xbox Avatar outlast a mob of 100 other Avatars in trivia? Compete against other players (as either The One, one of The Mob, or a bystander in The Crowd) on Xbox Live in this interactive trivia game based on the TV game show.
In the UK we only once had a live announcer, the girl would say the same random lines and it would go over to him for about 3 mins of nothing. Despite that i did enjoy playing, it was one of the few games my girlfriend would play with me so i will miss it.
Microsoft is trying so hard to break into the "casual" audience with Kinect, but I guess they didn't realize that 1 vs 100 was probably the biggest and best tep towards breaking into it they had. Now they ruined it. It's sad, I really did enjoy it.
So sad, and so ironic. They're obviously aiming for more casual audiences through Kinect, and they axed one of their most potent options. I actually had FUN with 1 vs. 100, damn it!
This news makes me sad. This was a game I played not only with my wife, but with distant friends as well. 1 vs 100 was especially fun with friends that don't like CoD or Halo, and it's way more fun than Uno.
I wonder: why did they wait THIS LONG before announcing its cancellation?
Good. This was a poorly executed good idea. Jeopardy is for smart people. Wheel of Fortune is for mouth breathers. The questions in this game made Wheel of Fortune look intellectual.
