How the heck do you get it? is it partialy absed on dificulty? Not sure how this is dont... Ive finished the whole first level without dying and still didnt get an A.....

if i'm not mistaken tha rating is based on how fast you kill the boss. It doesn't care about how well you played the stage up until the big fight.
