I had no trouble regestering a Konami ID, yeah, they have special rules for it but at the end it works…think it’s kinda lame flaming it because if you really want to play the MGO beta, you won’t have any trouble going through the rules. And yeah, it’s been pushed back, but hey…get over it
I love Giantbomb, but this kinda pissed me off. We will be able…soon, and thats soon.
They weren’t really flaming it David,its just difference of opinion.The fact is that yeah,Japan really still doesn’t get the internet yet and thats a fact,and I agree the process isn’t so much hard as just long and frustrating(to some,others it went fast,so back and fourth)but reguardless yeah everyone will see it on Friday.I’m definately looking forward to MGS4,just not sure about the online..but reguardless of wether its good or not,no one guys metal gear for online gameplay.

Great episode podcast but i have to say that Ryan is talking a lot, he sometimes doesn’t let jeff start his phrases. This time it was more clear because he was doing the same with the guest. I don’t know, that’s my opinion

Hearing him talk with you guys would be great. Also I like the way you’re building the mystery around “the guys upstairs”, can’t wait for the big reveal.
Nice Brad is back, hopefully he’ll become a regular on the show. I enjoy this show a lot more than the hotspot. no offense to those I think they put together a great show but most of the personalities I’ve come to love have since moved on.

Almost forgot that yesterday was Tuesday and missed the Podcast last night. But then to my pleasant surprise I took a trip over to Giantbomb and voila, a new podcast was up. Already downloaded and am ready for close to an hour and a half of greatness. And to read about Brad being a guest on the show is just icing! Now if only Alex would return more frequently :D..
OMG, this is so amazing. The only thing i didn’t like is that i wanted to press play to listen to it and know who the guest was, but one o the first comments said BRAD SHOEMAKER… AWESOME… and that made it lose all of its magic. And the Okami controls will get far easier over time. I had troubles when I first started on the PS2 version, but they were much easier by the end, and feel like second nature so far on the Wii version.

Hearing all that stuff about problems with Okami wii really surprised me, since I’ve never had a problem with the drawing on the PS2 version that wasn’t directly caused by me screwing up. Apparently all those things I’ve heard about the wiimote making drawing more natural were filthy filthy lies.

Pretty good cast, if you ask me. My only letdown was the lack of a drink tasting segment. I know they’re silly and not exactly core to what you guys are doing, but those segments are what I look forward to the most! Anyway, keep up the good work!

Also, Square-Enix had a similar thing for FFXI: you had to have a PlayOnline ID (POL is their online game manager or something) and then an FFXI ID, and then a character ID that you actually paid for. I don’t remember it being as convoluted as MGO seems to be, though.
