Worth noting is that you cannot just drink the water and quit out of each bit, you need to advance to the next checkpoint to record the drink. Unless you know when each checkpoint kicks in, I recommend about ten minutes of playing time after each fountain. I got it tonight second time around. The firehouse one is best accessed as the You're Hired, and then follow through into the Sedgewick Hotel, then get the soda fountain one, then play for a bit, before loading up Charge of the Light Brigade to get the one after the hallway floods.
