its pretty easy to get tbh, best part to do it is when your doing the mission to try and get the giant infected (I think its like your mom or somethin, not sure never flollowed the story in prototype too much...) and when the hydras throw stuff at the shockwave machine you almost HAVE to toss stuff back to them
I'm sure I picked up something tossed by a hydra (after getting bashed by it in the air, trying to catch it,) and threw it back, but never got this. Maybe something wasn't quite right, though.
I got it during the Bloodtox Times Square Mission....tossed it back right as the Mission Failed screen popped up, and it unlocked....I lol'd at it....
