No, he owns the rights to Welcome to the Jungle and agreed to license it under the condition that it was not used in conjuction with a likeness of Slash. Kinda silly, but kinda makes sense. It'll all boil down to what the paperwork says I suppose.

Haha... yeah it's a good game now, but no matter how many times they say they will support DLC for the games, it's always a few months worth of DLC then they're onto the next game.
