We could set up a Giant Bomb legion or just all get on the same server.

Thinking Siel server 
because I'm closer to the west and I think someone in another post was talking about that server.

Siel is fine by me.  I'm pretty much on the west coast anyway.

That would be great for west coast people, but what about East Coast players?  Normally it's not too important as to the servers time zone, but with this game it can be an issue. I have the game pre-ordered but I'll be rolling on a EST server. At any rate, good luck with the legion. I'm not trying to rain on anyones parade, but I don't see this working out. Too many people scattered all over the globe presents a problem with the way this game works.  But hey, maybe there's enough of you West Coasters to make it work. Truthfully I had all intentions on rolling Siel but when they released the server times I was left high and dry.

They should have a Mid-america server jus so we're pretty much all in the same boat. Lol

I see.  That makes sense.  Buy why choose 8pm to 12am? Thats a pretty small amout of time actually.  Wouldn't most people be on after school/work, maybe 5pm to 12am?

I imagine the main reason they limit siege times is that if your legion owns a castle or w/e and you're offline when your castle is attacked, there's not a whole lot you can do.  At least with the 5 hour window in the evenings people should be done with work and dinner and everything so they can be available to defend their territory.  Otherwise people would just wait till mid morning or some other time when stronger legions are offline to raid/take their territories.
 
Lineage ][ (also NCSoft) had sieges only for a couple of hours each fortnight, and you had to register for them between a week and and a couple hours in advance.
