    Air Shot

    Concept »

An air shot is the exact intersection of two flying objects, your projectile and someone else about to be in pain.

    Short summary describing this concept.

No recent wiki edits to this page.

An air shot is when one player lands a successful hit with a non-hitscan weapon on an opponent who is traveling through the air.

A classic example would be if Player A used a rocket launcher to hit Player B and send them flying into the air, then hit them with again before they landed.
An alternative would be if Player B rocket-jumped towards Player A, who hit them out of the air with his/her own rocket.

The need to predict the target's travel path while simultaneously taking into account your projectile's speed is what makes an air shot such an impressive feat.
