Overview
The fouth game in Team 17's Alien Breed Franchise Alien Breed 3D was created as an answer to the surge in popularity of Doom. The aim of Team 17 was to surpase the capabilities of the Doom engine which they achieved as the maps in Alien Breed 3D can be created with various depths and levels, something the Doom engine could not do.
