He looks bit off. Can someone tell me whether we can change his face (ala Commander Shepard) or not?

You can't change specific facial features, but you can customize different accessories.

You can change his facial hair, but i really don't know about the rest.

Can't change the face? DAMN. He looks ugly as hell. :(

You can't change the face but you can change skin tone, eye colour, hair type and facial hair.  I changed the hair type but it looked a little off so I just went back to normal. I think the only thing different about my character is his eye colour.

I was hoping you could put on elaborate Mission Impossible face masks that you design yourself.

Gah, I thought this was a real RPG. So the player could change the protagonists face to their liking.

I thought I read somewhere a while ago that you could change his face. Hmm.

No...but I do like the fact that you can add sunglasses to him. Watching him walk into the last mission wearing his pilots was pretty cool.
