I'm wondering what path this is going down.

The playtest is over by the way. It was over the weekend from the 6th till the 7th. I could only play on the Sunday since my university accommodation was blocking ports. I didn't take any screenshots as I wasn't playing on my own machine. HUD looks like an MMO though, surprise surprise. Servers were real laggy and the driving kind of sucked. If they sort the lag problems out it could be OK though I was probably having more fun because I was in a room playing with my friends.  GTA4 multiplayer but worse springs to mind. Don't know when the next playtest will be or if there will even be another. All I can do right now is start the client and be told I can't login and access the beta forums.
 
Oh and "I know a guy who knows a guy who knows a guy" is pretty much all I can say since that's all I know. 

Is the beta still ongoing?  Release date is supposed to be this month but I work in the industry and know that's definitely not going to be the case.

My problem is I can't install the client, it keeps telling me I don't have enough free space while simultaneously telling me I have 300gb free space.

I got in ! the game is installed, updated and ready to be played. My play session in tomorrow

i'm in too, i've gotta wait till next thurs/sun now i think, we had last thurs and sunday to play, just finished the tutorial bout to hit the streetz of san paro!
