    Overview

    Archer first appears as an unnamed Team Rocket Admin in Pokémon FireRed/LeafGreen, but is fleshed out as a full character in Pokémon HeartGold/SoulSilver.

    In FR/LG, he is defeated by Red in the Sevii Islands. Three years later, as leader of the Team Rocket remnant, he seeks to return Team Rocket to its former glory and attempts to contact their original leader, Giovanni, using the Goldenrod City Radio Tower. However, he is defeated by Ethan/Kris/Lyra and disbands Team Rocket for good.
