Aaron Cash is one of the most senior and respected guards at Arkham Asylum. He aids Batman repeatedly when dealing with Arkham's numerous inmates.
Azrael is the codename used by two men in DC Comics, both of which have crossed paths with Batman. The Michael Lane version of Azrael recently made an appearance in Batman: Arkham City.
Bane is a character from the DC Universe best known for breaking Batman's back. He was played by the late Robert "Jeep" Swenson in the film Batman & Robin and played by Tom Hardy in the film "The Dark Knight Rises".

She is the most prominently known woman to don the mantle of Batgirl, and following an incident involving The Joker, became paralyzed. Professor Hugo Strange is a comic book supervillain in the DC Comics universe. He is one of Batman's recurring villains.
Once Wayne's childhood friend, Hush is now one of his greatest foes. Elliot was born into a wealthy family, like Bruce, but unlike Bruce, Hush hated his parents. Molotok (Russian for "Hammer") is a former circus performer, along with his once-conjoined twin brother Cepn. The two had a bitter argument after being dumped in Arkham City, and while Cepn became an enforcer for the Penguin, Molotok joined Penguin's enemy, the Joker, to spite his brother.
One of Batman's enemies. He wears a cryogenic suit to stay alive and uses an array of cryonic weaponry to freeze his opponents solid.
Mr. Zsasz is a sociopathic serial killer in the DC Universe and is a known enemy of Batman. He is a person with extreme cunning, unpredictability, biological strength and agility. Zsasz also carves a tally mark into his skin for every kill he has taken part in.
