Yes, I can see this. The experience is on par with the first game in that you'll play it through at least twice, and maybe another time or two with different weapons and to finish unlocking equipment to see what they're like. The changes made in the second game, (hostage, good/bad choices) add almost no replay value to the game. I feel like they should have gone further with the whole morality system. A good example is Mass Effect, but probably nowhere near something as complex as that, but something more compelling that's woven more into the story that makes it feel connected with the story.
