    Artech Studios

    Artech Studios was a developer of high-class interactive programming, and was considered as one of the pioneers of the video game business. They started up in 1982, and developed over 150 major titles on multiple platforms. They are most notable for handling many games based on licensed properties, like Friends and Q*bert.

    Artech Studios has won awards for their million selling titles across all formats and in many languages.

    The studio closed in December 2011, with Motion Explosion! being their final released game.
