Arkham Asylum Demo Out 8/7, Plus New Trailer

I am happy to hear about this, demo should be awesome, i have high hopes for this game!!

Nice. I will be downloading both demo's to help me make my choice on which to opt for, Being an Unreal 3 game I'm inclined to go for either the 360 or PC.

Nice, hopefully the PC iteration comes out at the same time as the console ones (Battlefield 1943 grumble grumble...)

Trailer's not quite functional.

I've played through some of the free style combat already. It is solid if a bit button-mashy. The combat is all timing based around attacking and countering. Overall fun stuff. I'm looking forward to this demo though. It is supposed to include some content from the stealth sections of the game.

@Linkyshinks: I'll be picking it up on PS3. The exclusive Joker level is too good to pass up.

I can't download the demo thanks to me not having an Xbox live connection. So, I will have to rely on reviews before I purchase.

As a Batman fan, I hope this lives up to the hype. The trailers and dev diaries all seem positive, but you never know. 

Now will be able to see for are self's if it lives up to all the hype it's getting.

A playable demo is exactly what I needed from this game at this point. It was starting to slip from my radar so I look forward to getting some hands on time with it prior to it's release.

Aha, I will definitely be downloading this. I'm not too sure on this game, will be nice to try before I buy!

Video isnt working for me either and im not really interested in this game (yet) but might get the demo to try it.

Played this game a bunch about a month ago. It's pretty awesome.

I'm gonna be on vacation, I can't wait to play it when I get back, I'm really excited for the game.

August 7th is my birthday and I get a Batman demo. Yippee!

A demo for the PC version and on the same day as the consoles? Is this possible? I will be trying it this friday.

awesome.. a demo is always good.. and shows the confidence of developers/publishers about their game.. this game's gonna rule..

I think they're going to focus too little on stealth and too much on combat and that's where the game might suffer.

Will definitely test it out, but it's probably not a purchase for me.
