That's totally bogus to have to wait two month, how could this possible entice PS3 owners to buy Dragon Dogma? Capcom's stupidity scares me sometimes.

I have trouble blaming Capcom for obviously having taken money for this, if Microsoft's willing more power to them. I just don't think its going to have any meaningful affect on overall sales in the long run. Re6 is going to sell more on the 360 regardless.

Marketing like this is always annoying but rather see something like this than Street Fighter X Tekken where the PS3 is getting like 6 million* extra characters. Also Patrick how could you mention demos with games and not mention Zone of the Enders coming with Metal Gear Solid 2? >_>;;;

Well I still have to wait six months after the game comes out for a PC release so I don't mind.

I totally might just buy a copy at GameStop, take the code out, and then immediately sell it back to a different GameStop.

Or better yet, wait until the second of July to buy the game when it's thirty dollars MSRP. Is anyone going to dispute me on this? This game is going to sell terribly, right?

I would rather have Bad Box Art Megaman and Pac-Man in my Street Fighter x Tekken than have the opportunity to buy a bad-looking game so I can play a demo of Resident Evil 6 earlier. Microsoft is using its wallet on the wrong things.

The game looks interesting. I like how you can grapple onto the creatures a la Shadow of the colossus.

@Draxyle: I know, right? It's completely ridiculous and divorced from any concept of reality. Holding "betas" and demos as some kind of "reward" - or a blatant marketing tool - is entirely opposed to the reason they should exist: to give people a taste of your game to see if it's their flavor.

This is, frankly, disgusting, and while I know this is not the first time it's happened, it is a practice deserving of ridicule. And to be honest, I'm going to need a demo of Dragon's Dogma before I buy it - I just hope I don't have to buy SFxTekken to get that.

Whenever these exclusivity issues crop up, Microsoft always end up looking like wieners.

I'd rather buy RE6 for a Dogma demo.

Never heard about this game (or forgot), but that makes it sound amazing.

Man that's a long ass time for holding on a Demo, Im still going to buy Resident Evil 6 so whatever, Dragons Dogma will have to do something else to get my attention , so far it seems kinda cool moster huntery without the thing about MH that pisses me off .

To be fair, this is the first exclusive game-something Microsoft has cared about in several years. (They still care about other kinds of exclusives! TMZ app, UFC app, Twitter app, SyFy app...)

Who cares about console exclusivity for a demo, of all things? I already know I'll be dropping 60 bucks on RE6 anyway.
