DLC-Laden Dragon Age: Ultimate Edition Hitting Shelves In October

I hope the dlc is on a disc on the 360 version.

I've only played about an hour of DE-O but am still mesmerised by it. I've got a sealed copy of Awakenings too. Really need to get into this but life keeps dragging me away. 
 
The 30 Seconds To Mars videos for the game do even more to hype it all up for me too.

Already got an Awakening & Origins Direct Download bundle for $30 with Stone Prisoner code. Assuming I don't buy every other single piece of DLC (and it sounds like there's plenty best left on the table), I'll still have come in cheaper than this $60 version. So, meh... as long as you wait for sales, it seems to me you're just as well off with the original version.

I played it on PC and much of the DLC on the same platform, then decided I wanted real achievement points not fake Bioware points.
Plus this was just an excuse to go through it yet again. :-) 
 
This's awesome for anybody who hasn't experienced dragon age yet and has been teetering on the edge of buying it.

wow...are they seriously trying to market this for bros?

I had this game on PS3, played it a ton on PS3, then PS3 died and  I was sad.
 
Now, I can get this on 360 and be happy that I can play Dragon Age and all that DLC I missed out on. I do wonder, though...will we get Blood Dragon Armor? I found that stuff super useful in my playthroughs and would love to have it. If not, no biggie.

No way I buy this after Which Hunt...

I haven't played Dragon Age but the trailer is not selling me on the game....

Bout' damn time. I've been wanting to pick up the ps3 version of dragon age to play the dlc that came out after my xbox broke. Good thing I stopped myself from buying the vanilla version last week. I had the damn thing in my hand before i changed my mind <3

I already have the game and all the DLC and I still play the game almost a year later. I won't be picking this up because as much as I love Dragon Age, I don't need two copies of everything.

Finally, some news on this. I've been waiting for the GOTY Edition ever since Dragon Age came out.

That Shale DLC voucher (and the ME2 armor one) expired April 30, 2010.
 
I'm pretty sure the one I've got was unused, too.

The only way I would pick this up is if they finally fixed the saved game corruption problems for the XBox version. I nearly beat that game three times but the data kept getting ruined when I neared the end

Dragon Age Origins 2 : Origins

If I had waited for this Ultimate Edition to come out, I would have been robbed of the one good thing Dragon Age offered: playing through the main campaign on the original difficulty.  EA nerfed the difficulty of Dragon Age so much since release, the value of all the DLC went in the toilet.  I beat Awakenings without a healer in my party.  In Witch Hunt, desperate for a challenge, I cranked the difficulty up to Nightmare and yet my warrior was still an invincible, one man army.

Good thing I did not have enough to get the game today. Guess I'll just wait till this comes out.

I pretty much got everything on sale. bought the game and awakening cheap, and bought Microsoft points cheap with a few deal of the weeks here and there. so i got everything for like 70 ish in the end. still... fuck buying stuff early

Can I have my 30 dollars back that I paid for awakening?  Really EA/Bioware why don't you just make a video of you flipping the bird to your early buyers?  This actually encourages people to stop buying your games at release because odds are you will do this again.

Is this compatible with my original dragon age save?

I've already bought half the DLC =( might as well buy the rest instead of a whole new game.

Definitely going to pick this up in the next couple of months.  Saving 114 bucks is totally worth it, even if some of the DLC is not good, according to people who have played it.

I guessing sometime next year, maybe around the same time, they'll do the same with Mass Effect 2.

Finally, I was waiting for this.

Also funny how the graphics look better then DA2 :P
Oh and the dude(s) who put this pos trailer together need to be fired, they are costing Bioware sales.
