Sony has announced release and pricing details for Fat Princess, the Titan Studios-developed, class-based, team-based, and cake-based game for the PlayStation Network. The game will be released this Thursday, July 30. It will cost $14.99. Fat Princess will see a simultaneous release in North America, Europe, and Asia. A Japanese release is also in the works, but will happen at a later date.
Also, this Thursday is the last Thursday in July, which means that Trine should be released on PSN this week, too, right? At least, that's what the last word from the game's publisher said.
Anyone else get the impression that Sony is counter-programming against Microsoft's Summer of Arcade promotion? With last week bringing Shatter and add-ons for Wipeout HD and Killzone 2Â and this week bringing Fat Princess and potentially Trine, PSN is most definitely not messing around.
