Halo 4, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Dance Central 2 Allegedly Leaked via Xbox.com

We'll keep this short 'n sweet, as most of the crew is headed to the Microsoft press conference, but someone apparently flipped an E3 section of Xbox.com live early. Some users snapped a shot of the website featuring Halo 4, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary and Dance Central 2.

None of those are surprising, except for 343 Studios calling it Halo 4 and not something else.

The list includes other likely games, including Kinect Sports Season 2 and Kinect Fun Labs.

There's also Ryse, which may be the final name of Codename: Kingdoms from Crytek.

There's no way to verify the screen is or isn't real. At this stage in the game, Microsoft isn't commenting. We'll know for sure in just a few hours, though.

Bioware's just confirmed on Twitter that Mass Effect 3 is being shown at MS's conference too.

I hope for Microsoft's sake they have more to show than that. At this point, with meaningful exclusives for the 360 all but dried up, I'm ready for a new console cycle.

I really hope they don't call it Halo 4. I respect 343i, and what to see what they can do, but the final name should be changed to respect Bungie's legacy.

Halo 4? What about that damn commercial for Halo 3 that said "finish the fight?" What, ODST, Reach, and Wars weren't enough? Granted, ODST was pretty good, and I liked what little I played of Wars, but stick to your damn word! That'd be like if Sega made Phantasy Star games after IV. Wait...

So the only thing worth hearing about are the new XBL features.  Did MS really give up on make new games and instead just keep releasing more and more Halo.  Who do they think they are Activision?

It's kinda weird to think of there even being a Halo 4, since I thought the trilogy was pretty well wrapped up. Hopefully we'll see a nice new engine for the game in 2012

I think that for something to come out from Microsoft on this, it's not really that much of leaked information. Still good to see what will come out of these games.

Holy shit what a massive fucking screw up. I'm really bummed out about this, would've been a cool surprise.

It's kind of funny how after all these years in the console business, Microsoft's core exclusives remain what we'd traditionally have thought of as PC games shoehorned onto the consoles. Had they not managed to change the perception in regards to the FPS and 3PS genres back then they'd have been screwed.
 
They basically have shooters, Kinect (ugh!) and Forza (which they probably should be making a bigger deal out of after the mixed reception of GT5).

People continue to buy those games and they tend to be some of the best so oh well.

Oh no, sequels to a successful franchise that historically have always been very solid games! Everyone start throwing out annoying, inaccurate terms like "tired" and "milking it!"

Not exactly a shock! There was some proof of Halo 4 months ago. Still hope they do something fresh with it.

it's 100% real I happened to be on the page when they screwed up and even watched a video for the Kinect Funlabs which looked fun as hell. Then the links stopped wroking and on refresh it was all gone. I didn't see Halo 4 but I did see the remake of Halo CE in the links.
