Ice-T Doing A Voice In Gears of War 3?

If Ice says it, chances are it's on.

Following Ice-T on Twitter is always fun because that dude is always saying wild things. While answering questions during a live Ustream, he casually mentioned that he's playing a role in Epic's upcoming third-person shooter, Gears of War 3.

He then quickly said "I didn't just say that."

While we're on the subject of things Ice-T said, he also said "I ain't tweeting from France, fuck that." Real talk.

We'll have to wait and see if this Gears stuff pans out to be true, but, well... Ice-T ain't got no reason to lie to you.

Haha! I remember when Jace Hall interviewed him and touted his VO role in Gears 2 then proceeded to call up Cliffy B right there on the show, and ended up posting his cell number unobstructed in the process. Ice T was all like I want a voice and Cliffy was like sure.
