Tecmo Koei Planning Wii Successor Launch Games, Insert Dynasty Warriors Joke

Publishers are beginning to ramp up public talk about Nintendo's hardware.

As we move closer to E3, more companies are acknowledging Nintendo has another platform coming. Ubisoft yesterday confirmed reports the machine would be capable of keeping up with Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and today, Tecmo Koei revealed it was hoping to have launch titles for the machine.

Andriasang and 4Gamer have been covering Tecmo Koei's financial results, wherein recently appointed CEO Yoichi Erikawa reportedly said the company was beginning work on games for Wii's successor.

No details outside of that, sadly, but with Nintendo's next console coming "sometime" in 2012, there appears to be ample time for companies to begin preparing software for it.
