Thursday Night Throwdown 08/05: Battlefield: Bad Company 2

You won't smell very clean by the time it's all over.

Do you like the visceral drama of a modern military setting? Do you like hearing soldiers shout and curse in multiple languages? Perhaps most importantly, do you like pretending to shoot guys in the face? Then tonight's the night, as we'll be playing some Battlefield: Bad Company 2 from 4PM to 6PM Pacific Daylight Time on this week's Thursday Night Throwdown!
  
If you want to get in on some of the Conquest, Rush, Squad Rush, and maybe even a little Onslaught action tonight, you can send us a friend request to GBTNT on the Xbox 360, or just join us on our dedicated BC2 server on the PC, which you can find on the in-game server browser as "Giant Bomb/Tested Slamma Jamma Super Happy Fun Time." If you'd rather just kick back and relax, you can watch the live video stream below or chat it up on Giant Bomb's official Justin.tv channel, which we'll be pulling questions from during the broadcast.

Wait, I thought Microsoft stopped their first Xbox Live so they can support the 360 version more. Meaning a larger friends list. What happened to that?

Maybe since the PC hasn't been included much on the TNT they wanted it to have a little more love this time around.   Im sure other ps3 only TNT's will show up again if they do Uncharted 2, etc. like they had with Modnation Racers.

No PS3 version is stupid, There are plenty of people wanting to play that version (me included) and there is no way I'm getting the 360 or PC copy anytime soon.

Damn i would love to participate in this,but alas i'm in Europe and i have to get up early in the morning :( ungh only 5 ½ hours left. You should do a friday night throwdown or saturday.

Only doing one console version is a good idea, the PC segment will be more entertaining than watching the exact same game on PS3.

Why don't they accept 99 friends and leave the one open so people can still send friend requests?
 
I don't think I've ever actually gotten a friend request sent before it was filled up.

found the server,  It's case sensitive so if your looking for it  type in Tested  with a capital T
