Uh Oh, Steam’s Annual Summer Sale Has Begun

I think I am good for quite awhile. I have a huge backlog of games to play and keep replaying older favorites. Most of what is on sale already own and have purchased at a sale price.

Might snatch up the Witcher 2 if it is on sale for a good price. (still need to play witcher 1 I bought over a year ago)

So far I haven't found anything to my interest. But we shall see as the sale goes on!!

Was going to get Skyrim, bought Bethesda Complete Pack. Now I'm looking at The Walking Dead, and earlier today I bought Catherine Stray Sheep Edition. What a day.

I think I'm safe for today... almost picked up Mafia 2 but decided to pass.

@SuperWristBands: Oh wow. I never connected the dots that that was the game they were playing during that TNT. Yeah, that game looked like a blast. And yeah, the Ubisoft package looks pretty good if you can run it all. I wish I had a decent computer. The good thing about my limits is that I find myself playing a lot of indie games that I'd otherwise ignore.

yep, i just bought half life series, all of the half life and i also bought grand theft auto triligy- 3, vice city, san andreas.

I am now $40 poorer and ready to marathon the games I bought.

Which is why I need a meta-game to make the sales fun. They're just not as enjoyable when you already have everything :P

I almost bought Deus Ex HR even though I own in on the xbox.

I also almost bought Mafia 2 even though I never want to play it.

I -highly- recommend The Walking Dead, just a great great adventure game.

How weird. It's the summer sale, yet I'm not really holding out for any titles to come on sale. I feel like I've gotten most of the stuff I want from previous sales already.

Anyways, take a look at Zeno Clash for 3€, it's got a demo too. It's really weird, and a lot of the character designs creep me the hell out. EDIT: Huh, Xotic for 1,74€ too. Seems to be quite a few indies with good discounts that might fly under the radar as they're not on the frontpage.

I don't like those Flash Sales. Deus Ex is almost finished while others still last. Why don't they last 8 hours like the voting system? It makes no sense. So what now? We'll miss half of the deals because of sleep?
