When I unwrapped my completely sealed package I found this:

    No Caption Provided
What a horrible night. I called up Walmart and they said I would have no problem returning it tomorrow. Out of curiosity I put in my computer to confirm it was blank. To my disappointment, it was. Whoever did this could have the decentcy to put something horrible on here to make me internet famous.

Anyway, how did this happen? Could it have just been some jackass employee?

This is the second time someone posted about this happeneing at wallmart.

Re shrink wrapping a video game is not hard at all. And did it have the sticker on the side? If not it means a employee did it.

Was it attached right? Or sort of wrong? Like someone stuck it back on.

@The_Laughing_Man:  It seemed perfectly normal to me. I've peeled of plenty of those stickers and this one seemed no different.

I'll see if Walmart has anything to say about it tomorrow.

Dust that disc for finger prints and track that dude down!

Also, this seems like a great way to get two copies of a game. Just call them after buying a game and claim that a blank disc was left in there, since apparently they'll give you a new one. Sell the first one to Gamestop, keep the new one. I know, I'm a bad person.

If someone stole the game and re shrink wrapped... why would they replace it with another disk? Weird.

Probably so you could hear that there was a disc inside if you rattled the box. I dunno, I can usually tell when there's a disc in a box or not without looking inside.

I just tested this out. And yeah, there's no rattle, except for the manual, but there is a small weight difference without the disk.

Something similar happened to me years ago. I bought Ghost Recon, and inside was a demo disc for a football game, and the manual to a basketball game.
