This sounds great. You could be walking right past another player and not even notice, and players have to be careful with who they choose to assassinate. If their target turns out to be an NPC, then they're fucked. 

This looks like it could be interesting.

I hope the single player is just not a throw in with some sort of mini story, and totally focused on the multiplayer.

After reading this, it sounds like a lot more fun than it did before
