I remember hearing about some games actually performing worse when you install them on the 360, specifically Assassins Creed 3 and was wondering if this was true? Should I install it on the Xbox or just play it off the regular disc?

I'm pretty sure it runs better, I have it installed and never had any frame rate issues.

Installed it. No noticeable framerate issues. So I'd assume it runs better?

It performed far better for me after I installed it. Your mileage may vary.

Trade it in. It's not that good. There are better games out there. Don't waste your hard drive.

Luckily I only borrowed it, but now that I've completed it I must say I share your opinion.

Man, that's really bumming me out. I enjoyed like the first 2-3 hours or so of AC3 but apparently it's not worth playing through to the end.

This is coming from a huge AC fan and I've bought pretty much every game in the series (not counting the portable games), and I gotta say that it's just plain boring. The only reason I finished it was to see how the story concluded, but even that was a major disappointment.
