Ezio is so fucking old here.

#3 Posted by chikin_n_rofls (148 posts) -

he's pretty spry for an old guy, consider me excited!

#4 Posted by Slax (1008 posts) -

Well that was another real cool looking trailer. Here is to hoping the game holds up!

#5 Posted by Genkkaku (755 posts) -

Always awesome trailers for Assasins Creed

#6 Posted by MisterMouse (3599 posts) -

Awesome trailer!!!! Music by Woodkid by the way!!!!!!!

#7 Posted by Medrex (31 posts) -

It's good to see altair again, even if it appears he's just an animus style illusion of a very well aged Ezio.

#8 Posted by MariachiMacabre (7097 posts) -

Looks fantastic, like all the AC trailers.

#9 Edited by Silent_X (9 posts) -

There's kind of a disconnect between Ezio's look and his voice.

To me he sounds the same as he did in II.

Reckon you might have to assassinate yourself at some point?  In a different body of course.

I like the idea of playing an old seasoned pro cus it means he's going to die at the end in a pretty badass way.

@Tuddlesworth: No problem. The specific song used is Iron.
#14 Posted by Sinkwater (524 posts) -

The real question is how many "uhs"?

Technically we won't play as him when we dies, because we stop following him as soon as he gets the right girl pregnant.

#16 Posted by Zaxex (613 posts) -

As disappointed as I am that Ubi have chosen to re-use these two characters (Does Ezio need 3 full games+?) that was a damn cool trailer.

That's a great way to go out.

And this kids is why you should always carry your passport with you when you are visiting foreign countries.

#20 Posted by CashBailey (808 posts) -

I'm glad they resisted the urge to call it ASSASSIN'S CREED: RECKONING.

There always has to be at least one 'Reckoning' game each E3.

#21 Posted by foamingmilk (6 posts) -

Is that Masayaf?

#22 Posted by Mars_Cleric (1646 posts) -

Consider me hyped

Maybe for Ezio.

Not for Desmond. He'd be technically fucking his great-great-great-great-great-great granny in his mind.
#25 Posted by maxB (334 posts) -

cant wait for 3 but this looks like it will fill the time nicely.

#26 Posted by Agent47 (1931 posts) -

Whoa I was NOT expecting those sick looking enviroments some of those looked damn real.As always Ubisoft puts out sick trailers for their AC games.

#27 Posted by Irvandus (3074 posts) -

Will you have to apply ointment to Ezio's back to refill your synch?

#28 Posted by Lukeweizer (3065 posts) -

Pretty good trailer. But gameplay please?

#29 Posted by DougQuaid (1272 posts) -

Fuuuuuuck that trailer was awesome!

#30 Posted by Seantacular218 (60 posts) -

Good trailer, ruined by a tasteless Gamestop plug

#31 Posted by Slaker117 (4856 posts) -

Great trailer. THe game will play just like every AC game so that's not exciting in itself, but damn do I love the series.

#32 Posted by walterbennet (163 posts) -

I really enjoyed this trailer, but was confused when he was unmasked. Where was the trademark mouth scar on Ezio? It really didn't look like him at all, to me. Was that actually Altair? Am I crazy?

#33 Posted by RuN (64 posts) -

Loved the cinematic..incredible stuff.

#34 Posted by wrecks (2415 posts) -

Damn, that rocked.

I'm still not convinced that that's a legitamate thing in the Animus' rulebook.

This is oddly satisfying.

#39 Posted by Berkie (141 posts) -

That looks nothing like Ezio...maybe it's Altair flashing back to events from Creed 1, but taking place before the events of Creed 2? Hmmmm...

#40 Posted by Tuggah (1085 posts) -

Where Ezio gets taken to get hanged, it looks like the place you jump off of in the beginning of Assassin's Creed 1, when the guy breaks his legs, then you drop the logs on the evil dudes.

#41 Posted by mracoon (5084 posts) -

One of the best (non-gameplay) trailers ever.

All of the cg Assassin's Creed trailers have been amazing. This one completely blew me away. I can't wait to play more AC.

It happened with Altair in AC2.

And, I mean, come on, I know AC doesn't follow conventional logic by any means, but if you consider its weird pseudosciene for a second-- how the hell is a child supposed to get genetic information from its parent AFTER its born?
#45 Posted by SolidTexture (28 posts) -

Wow....the art in this CG trailer is beautiful.

Because he has the blood of their parent.
