The auger is one of the most unique weapons in Resistance: Fall of Man. This gun can shoot through walls, and can also create a shield in front of the user.
The Auger is an advanced Chimeran assault rife used by the deadly Steelhead strain. It's special due it's shells being to able to travel through solid objects while gaining more power the more they go. The Auger can also launch a bullet-proof shield that blocks everything but the rounds being fired at the time, coming in use for when surrouned by Hybrids.
