Auntie Poulet is a Haitian woman, with a strong link to the occult. In addition, she is the leader of the Haitian gang operating in Vice City. Auntie Poulet forces Tommy Vercetti to complete tasks for her, which will rupture his relationship with the Cuban gang in Vice City, whom he has friendly ties to. In order to force Tommy to bow to her will, Auntie Poulet forces him to take voodoo potions that alter his mindset. Upon completing her requests, Tommy Vercetti shows no memory of his previous actions on her behalf. Upon completion, Auntie Poulet severs all her ties with Vercetti, and tells him to never return to Little Haiti.
Poulet operates a legitimate business in Vice City, called "Auntie Poulet's Tea House". This business likely provides revenue for the Haitian gang. Poulet is an extremely intimidating woman, and appears to actually scare Tommy Vercetti, as his hands shake during cutscenes where she is present.
