This is the last game I would've thought that could have made me consider moral choices in games. But alas, I feel bad at times playing this game given my choices.
Take the Jiggoseum for example, there's a few Jiggy challenges that require you to win a race against Trophy Thomas around the track. I assume the game wants you to build a car that is fast, has lots of fuel and can jump hurdles.

I assumed they might disable wings for the challenge, but no. So I made the fastest aeroplane I could, screamed around the track with no problems with obstacles and thrashed everyone to get the TT Trophy.

    Should I feel bad?

I know going back and getting Trophies for the early Jiggy's with super-powered cars can be fun, but I feel like I'm cheating using planes in obviously car-based challenges.

    Anyway, discuss.

If the game allows it, it's not cheating. Thomas never said you couldn't use planes, he just probably assumed you wouldn't, you sly racer, you!

    Trust me, you can.
Once you get further youll see that those challenges are meant to be easy.

some of the latter levels are rediculous

I thought this thread was going to discuss the moral implications of using the "Flying Cart Glitch" to reach part boxes around Showdown Town that were previously difficult to obtain. That's the only real "moral dilemma" I've encountered in the game.

As for using a plane to win a car race -- anything's fair game unless the game restricts you to a specific vehicle.

Don't feel bad, they want you to be clever and think outside the box.

Yeah, Trophy Thomas is a douchebag. There's a later mission where he gives you shit, taunts you into a race, and then gives you a shitty car with inverted steering. I had to get the trophy on that mission, just to spite him.

    Fuck that guy.

Yes. I accidently encountered this glitch and now i have many many more parts than I should at this point, and now i feel a little bad about it.
