The afro can be utilized not only as a hairstyle, but also as a repository containing useful apparatuses.
Beards are visible facial follicle growth, commonly associated with adult male homo sapiens. In video games, beards are commonly found in character customization systems (i.e. Rock Band) or when pirates are involved (i.e. the Monkey Island series).
Facial hair consists of anything from a mustache to sideburns. Facial hair has been a close friend of gaming from the beginning.
A goatee is a patch of hair on the chin, sometimes includes a mustache. Major characters who sport goatees include Gordan Freeman (Half-life), Kratos (God of War) and Marcus Fenix (Gears of War).
A brush for one's hair.
A mohawk is a hair style in which there is a big strip of spiky long hair down the middle of the head while leaving the sides bald or at least having a lot less hair. Many punks and Mr T have this hair style.
The mullet consists of short hair everywhere but in the back. Several variations of mullets exist.

A single-handed tool with two blades that used for cutting thin materials. In terms of Rock, Paper, Scissors; scissors beats paper and rock destroys scissors.
Sideburns are a form of hair grown over the temples and down towards the jaw. Not to be confused with "mutton chops", which is a kind of beard grown on the cheeks. Sideburns are extremely common in games that include character customization.
