On the Xbox version, applying the new DLC caused a friend's game to delete most of the shards from the game. Enemies and objects barely ever drop any, and those giant blue spheres in WNW and the shield challenge only give off about three shards each. This is on any New Game mode.

I am assuming this is a bug, but haven't heard anything about it.

@Demoskinos: No, however my PC version has a weird glitch where you can't see the Stranger's Dream bookcase but can still enter it. It doesn't affect the gameplay at all though.
