"Jeffsekai said:"that looked like it controlled terribly"I couldn't help but feel the controls for doing all that came across a tad clunky?Still have high hopes for the game and since this is probably the first hands on gameplay footage, I'll let it pass lol."
I didn't get that impression. Does looks like it's a Quicktime Event-fest, though. If there's as much strategy as advertised, I won't mind.
I'm slightly irritated how many peoples' only comments are "No blood wtf >:[" . Yeah, it would make sense to have blood, and I'm sure they'll add it, but seriously, if this game hit shelves with minimal to no blood, but played like a dream, I don't think I'd really care that I'm not getting glorious arterial spray every time I punch someone in the face.

"Hamz said:From what I understand the combat is on a system where combinations of moves are used. And sometimes you get a sort of Assassin's Creed moment where you go into a slow-mo action shot as you deliver the fatal / fight ending blow. I haven't heard anything about QTE's though."Jeffsekai said:I didn't get that impression. Does looks like it's a Quicktime Event-fest, though. Wow, I saw a lot of stuff that was really interesting in that demo. When he looked at a specific enemy, it showed his mood and his heartbeat? That's pretty cool to me. I like the open-ended gameplay, you can deal with a situation in so many ways. This demo made me pretty excited for this game.
Finally took some time to watch this demo. It looks magnificent. Definitely looks like it has really great potential. But looks can be deceiving. The thing that's getting me most hyped about the game is it really looks like it makes you feel like Batman. The stealth mechanics looks good. I can't wait to get my hands on this.
"Does looks like it's a Quicktime Event-fest, though."The only thing I could think during that entire video...
Just saw Sessler's hands on video from GDC. It's a bit old so you might've seen it but he gives a pretty good opinion of the game, and some neat info I didn't know... like how the art came from Jim Lee's Wildstorm company. This makes it so much more awesome because he's one of the best artists to draw Batman, or in general.
