Well, judging from those two pics, they're the same... in as much as they have two eyes, a nose and a mouth, all in relatively the same position.

Can't say I see the resemblance.

If they were actually form the same angle you might be able to make more of a case. Joker's face is only half visible though, and it's from a completel different perspective than the Hamill shot.

You can also just highlight the image, hit ctrl-c, then hit ctrl-v in the text box and it'll paste right in without having to mess with HTML.

Maybe, but I hardly think that's the case. Their Joker design looks to me like a combination of several Joker's but they made it totally unique to their game. Though this particular Joker reminds of the Joker from The Killing Joke.
