Problem with Batman AA achievements not staying on profile!!!

Ive recently got back on my copy of Batman AA.  Only problem being my most recent achievements arent staying on my profile!?

even on my mini top it says ive got 22 out of however many achieves but when i look at it in detail it still says 16 instead of 22.!????

I looked at the details and it still says I havent completed game but the points were on my gamer tag before I turned the pc off.

Anyone else had this problem?

well I'm sorry you don't know me, but it is my new years resaution to not pick on the WII anymore and The hates got to go some where so I picked the PC
