Weekend Sale: Game of the Year Editon $13.60 on Steam

 $13.60
As someone who has been waiting for this game to drop to the $10-$15 point, I thought I would spread the word that it's on sale this weekend for Steam Users at just $13.60. It's good until noon Monday, so I hope you have the money on hand for it.

If you are like me though and flat broke, I wouldn't worry too much. Steam will be doing there Holiday sale in a month or two and I'm sure this game will be up again at or around the same price.

Super lame question here but does anyone know if you can stack achievements with this version? By that i mean i already have some points in the 360 version, and regular PC version, but can i still get more points in this version? Basically is it still a GFWL game. I wanna be absolutely sure before i buy. Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

I already beat it on PS3, but that price is pretty tempting......

Actually, I think I recall hearing that this IS possible, but I would look for confirmation other than just me. I could swear I've heard someone talking about getting thousands of points across the versions of this game. It might have even been on the Bombcast.

@TorgoGrooves89:  I am quite sure it does. I played it on XBox 360 and my friend played it on PC. When I compare games with him it shows that he has 0 points of the XBox 360 version and I have 0 points of the PC version (Treats it as two totally different games).

Me too. I spent all my money on a dragon age lithograph poster last week. =(

Never really paid attention to this game when it came out. I've just been looking at it now and I have to say that it looks amazing; It's not really a game I think I'd enjoy playing though :( I don't give a shit about Batman and the gameplay doesn't really interest me that much. Sigh.

@BeachThunder: you could download the demo at least and know for sure. I mean it's 91% on metacritic, it's a really good game and one of the best i've played this gen.

The game runs great on the PC, doesn't feel like a port at all.

GOTY version is also completely different and counts as another 1000 points - tempted to put down the £10 the UK store is demanding just for that reason...

Why can't I have at least a decent gaming PC lol. This is a fantastic price.

What does the GOTY edition have that makes it different?

I bought this the last time it was on sale on Steam and barely touched it... =/

I would agree with that, they did a great job on it. Even the MK controlls are great, probably still a little better with a controller but perfectly fine and playable with just MK.

Yeah. Brad was talking about getting 3,000 points across all three versions on the Bombcast. He's nuts.

@Vitor: Yeah i think i'm gonna do this. Damn achievements addiction :)

Thanks to everyone who answered my question.

I need to find the 360 GOTY version for cheap so I can get my 4th S-Rank in Arkham Asylum!
