    Very true to Batman

I have never played a super hero game that captured the feel of a character better than this game does.  Using the same voices that did the work in the Batman, Batman Beyond, Superman, and Justice League TV series really makes this game feel like Batman.  Mark Hamil (Luke Skyewalker) is the voice of the Joker, and he does a fantastic job as always.

The gameplay is solid.  Batman has his usual arsenal of toys, and all of them work very well.  There is a nice mix of stealth and combat, though I would have liked even more chances to use my stealth abilities.

The plot is perfect for a Batman game, and could have easily been an episode (or two) out of the cartoon series.  Batman is portrayed exactly as he is in the same cartoon series.  He is always at least one step ahead of everyone else.

The game is hard enough to be a challenge at some spots, but never hard enough to be overly frustrating.  Some of the same tactics in boss battles are repeated a few to many times, but this is a minor complaint.   The length of the game felt just right, and wrapped up around the time you would want it to.

Overall this is a great game, anyone who hasn't checked this out yet needs to.  Any fan of the Batman cartoons will love it, but there is plenty here for everyone.

So, what makes this such a great game?It makes you think like Batman. It's that simple. You have to think like Batman in order to survive. There are three aspects to Batman: Arkham Asylum. The brawler, where you're dropped into a room of unarmed goons and have to knock them all out. The predator, where you're dropped into a room of armed goons a...

Inmates aren't the only ones crazy for Batman: Arkham Asylum 0

Simple and satisfying martial art combat, stealthy take-downs,  bat shaped gadgetry, and detective intelligence gathering are all delivered so well in Batman: Arkham Asylum that you will leave this game with no less than a wonderful taste in your mouth. How that taste got there is due to the interesting character interaction between Batman, his allies, and the villains that fans and newcomers alike will find intriguing, humorous, and authentic.  The bottom line is this game is really fun and you...
