I know they tend to announce that sort of thing a little closer to release but they did just announce ME3's and it doesn't come out until next year.

Personally I loved the hell out of the Arkham Asylum CE package. The batarang was a neat little collector's item and the journal with the doctor's notes was really well done in my opinion.

Think there's any chance they will announce something neat?

Looks like they were taking a survey on Facebook in November about what they wanted in a CE. Options were a Catwoman statue, Joker statue, Catwoman goggles, Batman utility belt, or a Two Face Coin.

Some neat stuff.

Those does seem like interesting things... all of them seem good except for the statues lol 
 
I would definitely get the collectors edition for this game if the price is right and if the special item was good enough. I wonder if they'll do any exclusive content too..

I would want a Joker Statue or Two-Face Coin personally but they all seem cool. Regardless which one it is, I would buy the CE of Arkham City because I am a Batman nerd.

Statues are stupid...but a coin...

a really well-made coin would be awesome, but after the Batman AA C Edition... that shit was so flimsy and shitty looking, I'm only buying CE stuff after I see a unpackaging video and think it's cool, I'm not in the position of Jeff and I have a lot of space on my shelves :D

I bought the arkham asylum Ce and planning to buy the arkham city Ce too a two-face coin and utility belt would be so badass.

This game will, without a doubt, have a special edition.  Almost every game seems to have one now and Batman is a strong brand with a lot of fanboys.  They will eat this shit up.

i don't really go for CE, only bought one for SC:Conviction and thats cause it was about £5, it came with a small statue of sam fisher, which is ok as a novelty, and i dont want to make a habit of,  because i don't collect game stuff, but a joker or batman statue sounds appealing actually, and the coin most of all sounds cool 
 
i'm really looking forward to this game and if there was an enticing CE for a reasonable price - if i have the money at the time - it'd be hard to say no to

Yeah it was a little shabby, but I liked it still lol, hopefully they'll make something better quality.

I really hope it doesn't come with a coin, the Wal-Mart  bonus for The Dark Knight DVD was Two-Face's coin. While its totally sweet, I'd rather not have two of them. Catwoman's goggles sounds kind of interesting, but I'd be more interested in other things since there is already so much Bat-paraphernalia out there anyway. 

i'd pay 30k for a working batmobile. Imagine the chicks you can pick up in that thing.

I would only get it if it came with a batman or joker statue, Batman Arkham Asylum had an AWFUL CE, made of cheap ass plastic.

A lot of people would love to hot glue on the Catwoman statue...

Hopefully they do. But I would expect they would announce it more near the release date of the game
