What got to me about the first game was a few issues that kept me from getting into it.  Sure it was fun and a good game but I didn't get engrossed in it the way I would have liked. 
Arkham looks like a damn factory, not a mental ward 
Batman has a batcave there.... really? 
The Joker goes steroidal at the end, not joker like to me 
And how long can they keep riding this Arkham thing?  I mean, its not like Batman doesn't fight other guys.  How about something against Ras Al Ghul.  He was  my favorite villain because it was never personal with batman, it was a challenge.  Thats also why I liked the Riddler stuff in the first game.

This looks pretty interesting, unfortunately BatmanBatmanBatman will come out first and completely overshadow it.

I would have preferred Batman Ashes of Gotham. I feel like they are using the word Arkham so people realize it is the sequel to Arkham Asylum. 

Ashes of Gotham would've been a much better name.

I think City of Arkham would have sounded better. That or Ashes of Gotham.

if it takes place in Arkham city, calling it Arkham Asylum 2 would have been stupid....good job rocksteady.

I wonder how miffed the game studios are at having to constantly spend extra money to register a slew of spurious domain names just to mask they one they REALLY want from the registrar watchers?

I'm not gonna lie, Harley Quinn made me feel tingly. At least until she started talking. I hope they keep that outfit. The cartoon version doesn't have that same, well, near nudity.

  Batman: Arkham Asylum  was pretty good, but it wasn't that special. Lets hope this one brings some more spark.

Can't wait for "Gotham Country" next.

This title is awful and I hate whoever came up with it.
 
Ashes of Gotham, Siege of Gotham, and Grand Delusion were WAY better. This barely even makes sense.
