Let me start by first saying, Yes I want it. But the thing is, I'm still playing Dark Souls, Battlefield 3 comes out in a few days, Then in a couple of weeks Skyrim comes out and once that is out I won't even think about any other games for awhile.

So I am wondering I should pick it up now and play it before Battlefield comes out, or should I just wait for the next game drought to give it a try?

That's up to you. Since it's a single player experience, you could certainly wait as long as you want to play it, and it won't lose anything because of it. Just keep in mind that it will most likely be up for Game of the Year deliberations, and that's usually spoiler city.

You could definitely finish up the story before Battlefield comes out, though, and even though I love Dark Souls, I think you'd get more from 10 hours of Batman than 10 hours of Dark Souls.

If you are still having fun and know for a fact you are gonna get another game soon, i would just wait, because not only do sales happen ALL the time, but were entering Black Friday and the holidays...so you can expect some good deals! I would wait for a good buying option for Arkham City. Who knows, they might offer a bogo somewhere when Battlefield 3 is release and you can pick that up and get Arkham City free. I've done that for a couple of a games, bought Mortal Kombat got Portal 2 free. :)

I am probably going to be taking a break drom Dark Souls here soon, for that reason.

I also love the game but I just need a break. From spending hours to only walk about twenty feet. Thats one of the biggest reasons I want batman is to feel like a total bad ass but I just don't want to get half way through it to get distracted by Battlefield and then forget about it...

Work and school and videogames. So hard to manage all 3.

Agreed.

I think its a really good game but it depends on how you feel about Asylum, if you don't want to play that game again don't buy it.

Wait a month for the Elite PC version. I'm killing time by playing deus Ex-missing link, RocketBirds, and Infamous 2 DLC next week (probably not getting Battlefild 3). Uncharted 3 coming up, and (in Real Small letters) modernwarfare 3, besides other stuff.

It depends. It's the best game experience I've had so far this year. But I also thought Arkham Asylum was the best game to come out that year, and you might get more out of Battlefield 3. I can't recommend it enough, but it's more Batman.

Sorry Batman, You're going to have to wait.

Uncharted has made it to my list aswell now, and I simply don't have time.

I'll see ya next spring!
