waiting for the PC version.

I'm waiting for it to be like 20-30 bucks personally, but yeah PC version whenever it comes.
steam'll have it 50% within 10 minutes of it's release.
Yeah I'm waiting for the PC version as well. Getting a new GPU soon and that will be the first game I will test it on.
Got it free for PC with my new graphics card. Sadly, I'll be waiting until it eventually comes out in November... Have they nailed down a date yet?
I could never do what you guys are doing. Patience is not something I have plus I desire my trophies.... :(
Renting it while waiting for the pc is pretty smart though.
PC version once it's around $20-25 on Steam.Me too. This game looks more like a glorified remake than a substantial improvement to me, seems not worth fiddy bucks.

Same and no confirmed date to my knowledge.

Ditto. The game looks incredibly, but PC delays, plus the ridiculous amount of DLC that should already be in the game has completely put me off.

Maybe, but better more Batman than yet another first person shooter of the military or space marine.... or military space marine variety.

I'm sort of on the fence whether to get it for PC or my 360. I'll probably wait till the System Requirements are released.
It's on the same engine as the first and that ran extremely well (minus the neat PhysX stuff - one of the few occasions of that done well). Even a modest rig could get console-beating performance on it. If you played the first one on PC on your system and it ran well, you likely don't have to worry.

You can get it for ~$30 on GMGif you're interested. It's 15% off by default, and if you use the voucher on the front page (AUTUM-NSALE-20PEC) you get another 20% off.
This extra month long wait is going to be painful. They say it's to fine tune a few things, but I reckon it's just because of piracy and trying to maximise profits. I suppose you can't blame them.
I don't own a console, so i have no choice but to wait. If i did own one I almost certainly wouldn't have been able to wait and i would have ended up getting the console version.

Woah, only £20 in the UK with that code. Awesome. Never used that site before but seen it plenty of times around the web - wish I'd got Renegade Ops from there also instead of preordering on Steam.
Waiting for the PC version too. From what I have seen, it's a 'back by popular demand' sort of deal with amazing gameplay, multiple side-challenges, improvements and tweaks in areas that were already sound (combat, stealth) but the story is...well...bollocks.
This is why I can wait for the PC version. For the best experience possible.

Yeah, it has a lot of things going for it. I got Dead Island there at launch for ~$18 after the initial 15% off, with another 20% from a voucher and some store credit.
At this point, it's probably the first site I check for pre-orders. The prices are definitely worth it.
@SlasherMan: Yeah, I'll likely be doing the same from now on. I usually bought all my PC titles from retail when it came to preorders as that usually beat out Steam. But GMG seems to be even cheaper than amazon.co.uk or the other sites I usually visit.
Just asked Steam to cancel my preorder on Renegade Ops - looking to get it from these guys instead (especially as it's got Steamworks built in).
Buying Arkham City for 360 to help me wait for the PC release.
If that statement didn't make sense then good. It's not suppose to.
Buying both is a good idea if you have the funds for it! I might consider the PC version if it really looks that much better...and if my pc can actually handle it lol
Nah, I was going to pre-order Batman AC from OnLive (the best cloud gaming website currently, totally legit) for the free game system, but ended up missing the opportunity, due to poor communication and such. So it was rescheduled for November 15th. However, I am (which was plan A.) I am getting it for the PS3. Wanted it on a console and also my laptop computer so that I could play Batman AC on the go. The retail price is the same as a console game, $59.99.
