So I dont know if this is for day one, week one, or year one of its release, but when you buy Arkham City from Walmart they through in Arkham Asylum for free. I wanted to play AA before going onto the sequel, and now I can pick them up together, sweet! Oh, I saw this in a Canadian Walmart flier, dont know if this deal is applicable in the States as well.

I already have Arkham Asylum, but I guess I could hawk the sealed copy at EB or sell it online or something. Yay!

Nope this applies to the states as well, i just saw a tv commercial that said if you buy Arkham City, you get Arkham Asylum!

So go to walmart if you haven't already played Arkham Asylum, its very much worth it and I think its a great deal.

Yeah, I took part in this.  Own Arkham Asylum for the PC, but not for the 360.  But hey, Asylum is fairly easy, and points is points.

Yeah. But they're like 1/4 of the size of the US stores, plus they're built like moldy log cabins. Good place to get snowshoes, winter wear, video games, seal clubs, snow shovels, hockey sticks, etc etc. You know, Canadia stuff.

I'm actually trying to see if I can preorder the game from Walmart and get the free 10$ dollar credit, and when I pick it up in the store I'll show them the flier ad and see if i can get the arkham asylum for free too... if not I'll just stick with my Best Buy order lol

I don't know if you have one near you but K-mart is offering a $30 game credit good 10/23 - 12/3 which should tie in nicely with black friday or Skyrim. You also get a $10 dollar coupon for LOTR: War in the north when it comes out making the game $20at release if you use both coupons.

I saw that too, but you need a members card of some sort. Which I don't have...frankly, i dont even know if there's a Kmart around me, but that is a pretty awesome deal indeed lol

I believe that is the case. That's what it looks like in the Walmart website.

I did pre-order this deal myself. But I'm a little afraid that this going to be some limited run thing because the two games come bundled together rather than them changing any of the packaging itself. Which means that just like those silly Wal-mart exclusive pack together thing it's just what they get. So I would pre-order/order from Walmart.com. But that's just me. If you want to grab your copy at midnight on the 18th then that's your thing. But none of my local Walmarts will be open then so, I had to order online.

It's Canadia, so they're probably tied together with a piece twine.

Your Wamart doesn't open 24/7? I thought every Walmart was up 24/7...all three of the Walmarts closes to me are 24/7. That's odd...

I just picked it up at Walmart. The two games are not tied together with a piece of twine, rather sealed together in plastic. I was wrong, and I'm sorry Canadia.

The CE? reason i didn't pick that up is because it came in the art book and the fact that they fucked up the shipping, people are reported to be missing the movie, cards etc.

I'll wait on that and pick it up at discount or if they ship another batch that comes with everything.
