Battle Arena Nitoshinden is a spin off from the Battle Arena Toshinden series that was only released in Japan. It was originally due to be released in western markets under the title "Toshinden Kids" but was canceled.

Overview

Battle Arena Nintoshinden is a Japanese fighting game, featuring Super Deformed versions of many of the series's characters. It was aimed at a younger audience, featuring much reduced move sets. Characters had only four standard attacks and two special attacks (one standard special attack, and one desperation attack). It does not feature a traditional combo system, but some moves could string together.

Defensive moves were similar to traditional Toshinden games, featuring blocking and sidestepping.

The arena's are all school based.
