I'm going to wait and see who (here in Sweden) has what before I place a big fat pre-order. If I get anything that has the slightest chance at improving things for me, I'll get it. SPECACT skins could help a bunch if they let me choose before I spawn.

The SPECACT kits for BC2 were worth it, simply so you could change the default outfit for the Russian medic, who had that stupid red hat which acted like a big bullseye.

But I like that red beret. Also I found it hilarious how many people used the SPECACT kits on the snowy maps. Black and green make a great contrast to the white snow.

That's the problem. In one direction or the other, the specact medic skin is basically a stat buff. It's bullshit that people can buy a stat buff.
