Surprise patch today that says it fixed a lot of the user crashes. I haven't gotten the chance to play it, but how has it been working for people? Finally fixed the crashing?

Played two matches and nothing seems to be burning. Then again, I didn't have too many problems to begin with.

AS OF RIGHT NOW... nobody is in the official giant bomb server.

I crashed on Paracel Storm tonight, so not quite.

I have been playing the last 20 to 30 minutes and I was able to play a full 64 player server for the first time without it running like junk. I also disovered there is a x64 and x86 version and I made sure it only uses the x64. But yes, it seem better so far. :)

Played for 3 hours tonight and crashed 3 times. Patch didn't fix shit.

Be sure to pickup the latest graphics drivers, those fixed it for me

Didn't fix shit. Memory leak still and now some new direct x shit happens along with other random crap sigh

Anyone successfully played a game on the Shanghai Map with out the server crashing out?

PC version still crashes to desktop on map loads for me after the 12/9 patch. was able to play 3 TDM games in a row but crashed loading the 4th map. Played paracel storm conquest this morning, Crashed when loading the next map. Game is fun but it's unstable as all hell. I remember BF3 being sort of crashy for me at launch but never this bad :(

Still no problems here. That only adds to the mystery of wtf is wrong with this game. When they finally get it working for everyone else, it'll probably break the game for me.

Still crashes and bugs. There was also a revive glitch were you simply don't respawn after dying while being revived. This is new from the patch I think.

Got this for xmas, wasn't sure what to think as BF3 I got from the origin humble bundle "directX" crashed like it was its job. I updated to the latest Nvidia drivers and played for about 3-5 hours with the 64bit launch set and haven't had a single issue, thank god because it's hella fun.

Same exact problem after the Xbox One patch. Patches breaking other stuff...just lovely. I'm starting to wonder if this game will ever work as intended.

I honestly haven't seen the Shanghai map in rotation since the beta. I'm assuming that server admins know what's up and purposely removed it.

Hmm interesting, I have played on this map many times, if fact there are 24/7 shanghai servers, but it's one of the only ones I have never seen the map event happen, the building is either always crashed or always up. Maybe they load it with the event disabled. The map is really fun when the building is up.
