There is no demo anymore, it was a pre-release thing.

No word on whether they'll put it up, I very much doubt it.

All the demo servers are upgraded to retail servers I believe.

Same thing with BC1.

Maybe they will toss out a single-player demo... they did that for BC1

but I kinda doubt it.
