    The kit dlc's are they actually new guns or are they just there to give you guns early?

    Just new variants of a particular existing gun. Never paid attention to stats though.

    the kit dlcs are early access to the guns you have to unlock.
    the SPECACT dlc is new camo for a few guns.

    The specact stuff or whatever, that was available in the US with Dr. Pepper soda right?  I got most of those without even buying any Dr. Pepper... (EA site weirdness, there have been threads about it)

    Getting it for free here. Not sure if it's still possible but give it a try. Follow the directions carefully.

    the specact dlc has achievements, the kit unlocks do not. be careful which one you buy.

    yeah, you might have unlocked everything already then you buy the kit unlocks, which would be a waste of money.  Make sure you choose SPECACT if you're getting the new character and gun skins.
