I have just discovered the joys of playing medic, cant get enough!  
 
Play with the m249, the m911 handgun or whatever its called, Medikit radius+ (the one that increaes the healing radius), increased armor and depending on the map I'll change up the vehicle specialisation. Played about 5 rounds of rush last night with this setup and my squad started to absolutely dominate, previously me and my mates generally played everything but medic. 

Whats your favourtie Class/setup?

I've been playing the "hot carl" - engineer w/ Carl Gustov + extra explosives + increased explosive dmg.  It's sick once you get used to it; can take snipers out from across an entire map, guarantee nobody disarms a charge once set, kill people through walls, etc...I actually feel cheap using it, but it is so very fun ^_^

I remember when I played other classes I actually had to earn my kills. Now it's M60 with magnum ammo.

Indeed it is. MG3 is much more fun to use.

AEK, grenade upgrade and magnum rounds. You can pretty much fire full auto accurately with this. I've been getting headshots all day with it, I ignored it because it was unlocked already.
